How Invofficine came to be ?

INVOFFICINE was born out of a meeting between an experienced Pharm-D with more than 10 years practice in community pharmacies, and a computer engineer passionate about artificial intelligence (AI).

As a pharmacist, our founder juggled responsibilities of business manager and health professional, a balance increasingly difficult to maintain since the Global health crisis Covid-19 and new pharmacists' missions.

In this complex environment, administrative management of documents popped up and became more acute. This task, although critical for financial management, proved to be time-consuming and value creation less .

In addition, the legal impetus of the 2020 French finance law, particular through terms 23 and 24, has reinforced the urgency of invoices' digitalization, fostering its adoption from the second half of 2024, with an imminent ban on paper invoices by 2027.
